Search for homes repossessed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Search by City or County. New HUD listings have a 10 day bidding period for Owner Occupant only. After that, investors can bid. After a HUD home has a price reduction, there is a 5 day bidding period for Owner Occupant only. Financing is by traditional mortgages (FHA, Conventional, VA, Rural Development) or Cash. Take a look. There are some great deals!!
